Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. The first step is warming up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel makes the best use of her time. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be light weight day as well as the second heavy weight day.
